As part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges within the FREECOVER project, we are proud to spotlight the first secondment of Dr. Tatjana Trtić-Petrović, senior researcher at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences (VINS), completed at AD HARBI d.o.o. in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Hosted by AD HARBI, a key industrial partner in the project, the secondment focused on the characterization and strategic use of pyrophyllite as a material for sustainable Rare Earth Element (REE) recovery.

Dr. Trtić-Petrović expressed gratitude to the AD HARBI team for their warm welcome and technical support, especially:

  • Muhamed Harbinja, Director – for his leadership and guidance
  • Enita Kurtanović – for the collaborative environment
  • Igor Marković – for technical expertise and knowledge exchange

This secondment marks a strong step in advancing FREECOVER’s cross-sectoral collaboration and supports the integration of real industrial needs into our green innovation pathway.
